The Next Step Realty's mission is to help promising college graduates find their first home after graduation. We make sure our clients work with the best leasing brokers in the cities they are moving to. We recruit brokers who best understand the housing needs of recent college graduates. We then match-make our clientele with the broker that is the perfect fit for them.

The Next Step Realty is a network of 46 brokers in 28 cities. We connect recent college graduates with our network of emerging brokers based on the client's needs.

Our Story

Blair Brandt and Belton Baker created this real estate network in January 2010 to make the rental process hassle-free, stress-free, and seamless for graduating clients. When the transition of ending college and entering the new world is upon students, the last item on the agenda is the obligation to find housing in a new city, especially one that is unfamiliar.
