Heidi Waldenmaier grew up on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and graduated with honors from the University of Virginia. Before moving to New York City, she started her real estate career in Austin, Texas where she helped over 100 clients per year. Heidi’s experience working in multiple markets makes her adaptable in the field and an expert in navigating the challenges of starting out in a new city. The moving process can feel stuffy and foreign even though starting fresh should be exciting, so Heidi’s goal is to make the apartment hunt convenient, stress-free, and fun for her clients. Her honest and open communication style with her clients along with her listening skills allow her to put her clients and their needs first (she’s not a fan of pushy sales tactics!). Heidi is very much a people person and loves the collaborative element of the home-finding process between her and her clients. She played on the Scholastic Bowl team in high school and also has a background in ballet dance and theatre. She lives on the Upper East Side and loves being a quick walk away from the park. Outside of work, she enjoys attending the latest plays and shows that the NYC theatre scene has to offer.
