Luke was born and raised in New Jersey and grew up spending much of his time in New York City, which helped shape both his passion for hospitality and his long term interest in real estate. He graduated Cum Laude from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, earning his Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment. As one of the few associate brokers at Next Step Realty, Luke brings a strong combination of market knowledge, financial analysis, and hands on experience to every client relationship. Growing up around New York City and completing his undergraduate and graduate studies here has made him highly knowledgeable of the city’s neighborhoods and all five boroughs, giving him a strong understanding of the unique lifestyle and character each area offers. He is passionate about helping clients navigate renting, buying, selling, and investing in New York City real estate, always putting their needs, goals, and criteria first. His background in hospitality and client service helps make the process feel smooth, transparent, and personalized from start to finish. Outside of work, Luke enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, music, snowboarding, mountain biking, and the outdoor lifestyle that many people miss out on in New York City. He has completed the New York City Marathon twice and regularly participates in other running and biking events throughout New York, bringing that same discipline, consistency, and energy into both his personal and work life.
