Made my apartment-hunting significantly easier! My roommate and I worked with Victoria who had a list of 8 or 9 apartments which we toured in a couple hours. Finding some of the apartments on our own would have been tough. The only reason I could think of as to why you wouldn’t use NextStep is if you’re committed to avoiding paying a broker fee. If you find a place with no broker fee on your own, great! But if you’re paying one anyways, I couldn’t imagine why you wouldn’t use NextStep; it’ll make your life a lot easier for a month.
