Bernardo started his career in New York real estate at Next Step Realty as an Intern where he worked closely with a few top performing agents for two consecutive years receiving hands-on experience on multiple rental and sale transactions. That early exposure shaped his client-first mindset and gave him a solid foundation in navigating the fast-paced NYC market.

He studied Business Administration at Monroe University, where he also played collegiate baseball. That background gave him a strong work ethic, a team-first attitude, and the hustle to go the extra mile for his clients.

When he’s not out working real estate, you can find Bernardo coaching little league baseball/high school softball, biking around the city, representing the NY Mets at Citi field, or on the hunt for the best slice of pizza in the five boroughs!
