Marilyn is dedicated to finding her clients the perfect home. She understands each client’s search is unique and brings an approachable and patient style, all while working diligently to secure the best deal.

She has over a decade of real estate experience in New York, having successfully participated in over 1,000 deals within her career. She has first hand experience in how NYC landlords operate, having represented some of the largest rental portfolios in New York.

Marilyn grew up in NJ, to Portuguese American parents who happen to be landlords. Naturally she picked up a love for real estate! She spent many of her summers in Portugal and is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.

Prior to her career in real estate, she studied fashion merchandising, business management and ran a successful ecommerce business.

In her free time, she enjoys being out and about in the downtown area, where she lives with her beloved dog, Layla. Some of her passions include traveling around the world (over 40 countries and counting), volunteering for non-profit animal rescues and hosting dinner parties for her family & friends.
