After a couple of weeks of searching for apartments on my own, and stressing myself out about it beyond belief, I decided to call Next Step Realty. I had heard about it from a family friend, and ended up working with Jordan. Jordan was incredibly helpful and patient when helping my roommate and I find our new home. It was a great day that ended with us applying for the awesome apartment we now live in! I was definitely skeptical at first, because we had a lot of priorities/preferred aspects of apartments, with not the biggest budget, but would now 100% recommend Next Step Realty to any friends moving to New York or even just moving from one apartment to another.
