My girlfriend and I moved from California to NYC and Next Step Realty took all of the stress out. We had a screening call so that our guide, Katie, could get together a list of apartments. Her selection was varied but very targeted around all of our requests, very accommodating. We met up one day at their location in West Village where we reviewed some paperwork and then headed off for the day. It’s a long day to see 5 to 10 apartments but it really is the best way to do it because you’ll find something you like. We had a blast with Katie, she had everything under control for the whole day. Sure enough, we found a place and she assisted us all the way through final lease signing, which lessened the communication burden, especially being in a different time zone. Katie is extremely detail oriented and I would love to work with her again.
