We had a wonderful experience at Next Step with Sophie. She guided us every step of the way in our hunt for the perfect apartment – scheduling meetings to discuss our priorities, planning a great (and packed!) day of visits, and talking us through the application process. Sophie did an amazing job of managing both our expectations and our stress, and we were able to walk away with a great apartment!
