I was looking for my first apartment post grad in the city and Next Step was great. My roommate and I worked with Sam and she did a great job organizing calls and conversations leading up to our tour date to assure we were ready to hit the ground running and find what we were looking for on our tour date. We we looked at about 8 places and by the next day we had our new apartment lease signed. It was a very smooth process, especially for people who don’t live in the area. I would recommend.
