I cannot recommend Meena at Next Step enough! I’ve never rented in NYC before and was worried about navigating the real estate market, especially during Covid-19 times. Meena made the whole process so much less stressful. She arranged all the tours of an amazing selection of apartments, and I ended up signing a lease for one of them the same day of the tour. Definitely consider Next Step if you’re looking to rent in NYC!
