Moving to NYC is quite the challenge. Fortunately, my employer referred me to Next Step Realty. We looked into it and felt good about using Next Step to find housing. We set up an appointment with our broker, Grace. She prepared a list of about 10 apartments to see on our tour. We were able to find a great place for us in our budget. Grace was very professional and fun to work with. Overall, I had a great experience with Next Step and would recommend using it!
