My roommates and I had spent the previous three weeks searching fruitlessly for a 3 BDR apartment in the UES. After being dragged around to see apartments that in no way met our criteria, we finally heard about Next Step Realty from a co-worker. I called later on a Thursday evening, and Next Step was able to schedule us for ~10 viewings that very next Sunday, as we were in a slight hurry. Jordan, our assigned broker, came highly recommended, and he lived up to the hype. We found our ideal place, in the ideal location, and we could not be happier with Jordan and the serviced provided by Next Step. My only compliant is that I wish I would have known about them sooner!
