I worked with Sophie Crocker at Next Step to find my apartment in NYC. Having lived in the city before, moving from Boston was daunting. Sophie and NextStep took all the hard work out of my hands, all the while remaining responsive and communicative about my needs. When I came in to visit apartments in person, Sophie showed me 6 or 7 places, all of which would have fit my criteria. The apartment I wound up with definitely exceeded my expectations and minimum criteria. I highly recommend Next Step for anyone moving to NYC from outside of the city, and Sophie in particular for anyone looking in Brooklyn.
