Jordan showed me approximately ten apartments and we found a place that was only slightly above my original price range but that I was VERY happy with (good location, spacious, modern appliances, washer/dryer in-unit, wood floor, exposed brick, beautiful view, etc.). I highly recommend Jordan and Next Step Realty for your next apartment search, given how much an apartment’s value-for-price can vary (at any price level) and how shady some brokers can be.
