My roommate and I came to Next Step after doing a bit of apartment searching on our own. We couldn’t have been more pleased we did. Matt Bauman, Erin Wilson, and everyone at Next Step was so incredibly helpful, accommodating, and enjoyable to work with and be around. Matt found us numerous apartments while also working with our requests to see places we had found on our own. He was available at all hours for our absurd questions and worries, and worked tirelessly with us to actual secure our apartment and make sure everything went smoothly with the application process and beyond. He was our advocate and liaison at every step and we truly don’t think we would have survived the process without him. Everyone else at Next Step was amazingly helpful and accommodating too. We seriously felt like everyone had our best interests at heart the entire time–something that definitely can’t be said for all NYC real estate brokers and companies. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!!!!!!
