I could not recommend Next Step more highly. The whole process was seamless, from requesting an appointment and getting matched with our broker, Jordan, to our morning of viewings. Jordan had a call with us a couple weeks before our appointment to figure out what we were looking for and he really nailed it. We saw half a dozen apartments in about two hours, and Jordan was really great about talking through the pros and cons of each. Once we picked our apartment, Jordan walked us through the application process and was super responsive and on top of any follow-ups.
This was our first time using a broker and our easiest apartment hunt and move by far. We loved working with Next Step (and especially Jordan)!
