Next Step was fantastic and I would recommend it to any young professional moving to the city! My roommate and I only had 2 days to find an apartment and our broker was amazing. He showed us 8 apartments in one day that were in our price range and with the amenities we had requested. We submitted an application the same day and signed the lease the next day! I don’t know how we could’ve done it without the help of Next Step. Every step was easy! The driver picked us up at each location and dropped us off at the next. Everything ran smoothly and we got to relax in the beautiful Next Step Realty offices while signing all the papers. Our broker walked us through everything so the process was very transparent. Also, since both my roommate and I are from out of town we didn’t have local banks to withdraw cash or cut checks, but thankfully we were able to wire Next Step the money and they did all of that for us as well.
