Meena Ziabari, our agent, made the process extremely easy, explaining the application process to my roommate and I, answering all of the questions that we had, and helping us find a beautiful apartment that we both love. Meena came up with a list of apartments and showed them to us, helped us fill out the necessary application paperwork, and advocated for us to get the apartment that we wanted. She also took care of the payment and most of the other transactions with the landlord. This was a huge help because it made the process a lot easier. She paid attention to all of our specifications of the apartment we wanted and kept our best interests at heart. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend Next Step and Meena to anyone looking for a great real estate service.
