We moved to NYC from across the country, and were connected with Next Step Realty through my employer. Meena Ziabari promptly reached out to us, set up a phone call to discuss our list of requirements and our ideal scenarios, as well as set expectations for our new home. As my SO was only in-town for a few days, Meena set up a tour for the next week, during which my SO saw roughly 10 places in one day. Meena sent me videos and images of each place, since I couldn’t be there in-person. We ended up closing on the second apartment we saw. Meena made the communications with the landlord and super as smooth as possible, and was highly communicative with us. I can’t imagine going through this process without Meena!
