Moving from Ohio I was really worried about finding an apartment in NYC. My friend Stephanie was interning at Next Step and recommended them to me. My roommate and I were blown away by the professionalism and organization we were shown. Meena, our agent, called us before our appointment and we talked about our ideal apartment and she was great with guiding us through how the process worked. When we arrived to the office she had lined up a lot of apartments for us to view, and really helped us figure out which things did and didn’t work for us. Overall the experience felt very personalized for what the two of us needed. Meena went above and beyond for us and even came back to the office at 9pm because our landlord had sent the lease over and I had to go back to Ohio in the morning. I would 10/10 recommend Meena and Next Step to anyone moving to the city!
