My roommates and I had the best experience with Next Step & Matt Bauman! We learned 2 weeks before our lease was up that we needed to move and were feeling frantic. A friend reco-ed Matt to us and he instantly made us feel better about not only finding a place but also finding one with all our criteria in a short amount of time. His assistant Estelle was able to take us out just a few short days after we reached out and on a Saturday (most other brokers told us absolutely not could we see places over the weekend). This was great given our busy schedules we were able to carve out time over the weekend to look. They provided a great list of apartments for us to see and we decided immediately on the 3rd apartment we were sold! The application process was extremely smooth and they helped us every step of the way. They also were just as excited as we were about finding a place!
