Starting with the initial stages of understanding what we were looking for, she was able to use her great knowledge of the market to guide us to what was possible. Margit was there through all of the showings, the application process, lease signing, and even after everything was all set. One of the roommates was not in NYC during the showings and lease signing, so Margit was able to seamlessly arrange a second lease signing and showing.
