In the weeks before the tour he spent a lot of time understanding our preferences and providing some sample listings for feedback; on the tour itself, almost every property we visited ended up being closely aligned to what we’d asked for. He was responsive, professional, and helpful at every stage of the process (including using his own credit card to pay our application fees when our UK cards wouldn’t work).
