Great experience – moving to NYC this summer to start full-time work and needed to find housing fast. Mike was phenomenal! Extremely responsive the entire time including after signing the lease to my new apartment. The tour was efficient – saw 9 places within 4 hours and submitted an application to the place I ended up moving in to within the same day. A broker fee is never cheap, but NextStep was truly worth it in spades. If I have to move in NYC again I won’t hesitate to work with the NextStep team.
