We were looking for our first New York apartment starting September 1, 2022. Needless to say in this crazy market we needed some help to understand the process and to actually find a place! Heidi at Next Step did an excellent job getting our paperwork together ahead of time so we could be as quick as possible in submitting an application, as well as putting together a great day of tours so we could be as efficient as possible throughout the day.
