My roommate and I had a great experience with Matt Bauman and Next Step. I was unfortunately unable to be in New York City for the apartment viewings, but Matt made me feel like I was right there with them. Matt sent me a list of the properties they were touring so I could look them up as they went along and, he made sure all the necessary paperwork was in order so we could sign for an apartment immediately. I don’t know how we would have found our apartment without Matt and Next Step. I would highly recommend their services.
