Thank you to the Next Step for finding our perfect 1st NYC apartment. My boyfriend and I had graduated from our MBAs on a Sunday and by Tuesday we had found our apartment in Murray Hill. Victoria listened to our requests and showed us all different styles and prices which helped make a decision quickly. We saw probably 7-8 apartments in a 4 hour period. We were able to reach Victoria by email, phone or text at any point during the process which was extremely useful. I would have given 5 stars except the process was a bit rushed and some details weren’t clear and led to some misunderstanding in our start date. However, I understand this is the NYC realty experience, especially during the summer. Additionally, because of my new employment we received the VIP discounted realtor fee which was awesome!
