Working with Meena was amazing! Although finding an apartment in New York City is daunting, working with Next Step made the entire experience manageable and seamless. Throughout the entire process, Meena was incredibly communicative and helpful, which enabled us to relax and enjoy the apartment hunt. Not only was their team organized and professional, but they also were amazingly adaptable during the actual appointment. In the middle of the search we changed several criteria and the team was able to spontaneously adjust to our new idea of what we wanted in an apartment. We ultimately found an amazing new home and we couldn’t have done it without working with this company!
