So so grateful to Next Step Reality and Marilyn for helping me find my first apartment in New York! As an NYC newbie the apartment hunt seemed completely overwhelming to do by myself. With Marilyn by my side I was able to tell her everything I was looking for and relax while she curated a list of apartments that fit my criteria. Marilyn was knowledgeable, supportive, and had great relationships with landlords such that we were able to see an apartment on the fly. My new apartment is perfect and everything I was looking for!
