We had such a great experience working with Next Step to find out apartment. We were nervous going in because we were unsure that we would be able to find a place that would meet all of our needs, however Jake Vitale was absolutely awesome and showed us a variety of places so we got a taste of everything. He communicated well with us before and during the search and application process, and followed up with us multiple times to make sure that everything was in line and checking in to see if we needed any help. He answered all of the questions we threw at him, and gave us great recommendations for movers and other services to use.
