Moving to NYC for the first time seemed daunting, but Matt at The Next Step made the transition as seamless as possible for my roommates and me. After a pre-visit call to discuss our location/price/amenity preferences, Matt took us on a tour of about 10 apartments. We found our new apartment in under 3 hours but Matt continued to help us over the next few days. He negotiated a later move-in date with our building’s leasing agency, which saved us some money and made sure everything else on our contract was acceptable. Would recommend The Next Step (and Matt) to anyone moving to New York, especially for the first time. Service was great and the broker fees were some of the best we found.
