My roommates and I had a great experience with Sarah Minton at Next Step. Our situation was a bit more complicated than usual (roommates switching halfway through and only one out of three being able to tour units) and she was patient and encouraging through the whole process. 10/10 would reccomend Sarah and Next Step- they get the job done and you end up with a great apartment!
