Matt Bauman helped us find an apartment for myself and two other tenants. He was quick to respond to emails/calls and was able to interact with the building management efficiently. One tenant was in NY and Europe while I was in IL – he was able to send over the necessary documents to sign and made sure we were able to move in quickly.
