After having difficulty seeing a lot of apartments in the neighborhoods/price ranges we wanted we decided to work with Matt and Next Step Realty. Matt and the team over at Next Step really streamlined the process and accommodated our very busy schedules. We had a somewhat stringent deadline for when we wanted to move in and Matt was able to make that happen in exactly the neighborhood we wanted. Next Step is a useful service for both people who are familiar with the city and definitely a great idea for someone who is moving in from out of town since Next Step has a wealth of knowledge about the various neighborhoods and apartments.
