I couldn’t recommend Next Step Realty and Victoria enough!! I moved to NYC from Nashville and I knew nothing about the city and the renting process. Victoria was so easy to communicate with really tried to understand what I wanted in an apartment. On the day of our tours, she set up 8 different apartment viewings and the first one was exactly what I was looking for in terms of space, location, and budget.
