My roommate and I were referred to Next Step via our employer and from the beginning they worked quick and efficiently. We were connected with Sarah on the same day and she was a great help from the beginning. In one afternoon we were able to see ten different apartments, that all matched our criteria. We worked with Sarah to narrow it down to two places and she worked quickly to submit our application. After some unforeseen circumstances arose with our first choice, she was quick to work with the landlord to sort everything out and eliminate any confusion. She then worked tirelessly to secure our second choice and, again, worked with the landlord to make things effortless on our end.
