Our experience with Next Step Realty was excellent from start to finish. We were relocating from London to New York so did not know much about the rental market in NYC. We had a call with Sophie where she talked us through the process and confirmed our preferences for apartments in detail. On the day of apartment hunting itself, she took us around many apartments, all fitting our criteria perfectly, and asked many questions of landlords / letting agents that we wouldn’t have considered asking. We landed an apartment that same afternoon. All in all, she made what was a very daunting process into a breeze. Cannot recommend Next Step Realty enough.
