Next Step was literally AMAZING – seriously not a single complaint. The apartment hunting process can be SO stressful, especially when moving to a new city, but Margit made me and my roommate’s transition to NYC so easy and actually enjoyable! Margit was literally able to get us everything we wanted – price range, location, amenities, you name it. My experience the day of the showing was seamless as well. At Next Step’s office I was provided water, coffee and snacks; my appointment start time was prompt; the actual apartment viewings took less than two hours before I found the apartment I wanted. Would highly recommend!
