Moving into the city is a stressful and overwhelming experience. Next Step and specifically Sarah Minto made this whole process very smooth and easy. To begin, my roommate and I would probably not have found our new apartment without her. Further, once she helped us find our apartment, she worked tiredlessly, even on Sundays, to make sure we had all the information and were on track with getting all the necessary documents. She acted as our communication channel with the apartment management company, taking a lot of pressure off of us. I would definitely go through Next Step and Sarah in the future.
