Apartment hunting in NYC can be incredible stressful and fast moving. Katie, did an incredible job of making a stressful process seamless and painless. She found a wealth of apartments and was incredibly receptive to my preferences in location, size, and budget. Katie compiled a list of apartments to show me a range of how my preferences could be made reality. I was very impressed by the quality and size of apartments she found for me. I felt like she heard me and selected some truly thoughtful choices to show to me. After we saw the available apartments, it came down to two apartments and Katie helped me consider the pros and cons of each until I finally landed on one.
