I am relocating from California for work and a couple of my coworkers had used Next Step in their relocations as well. I worked with Katie who was absolutely great to work with. She asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and responded to all my questions really quickly, even when they were emailed over pretty late for Eastern time. I only had a day for viewings and Katie lined up some really great places that fit what I was looking for. In between viewings, Katie told me about the area, as well as helped me really figure out what I liked and didn’t like about the various apartments. When I found a place I really liked, she helped me with all the necessary paperwork and helped me land the place when we found that someone else had also made an offer for the apartment.
