I had the BEST possible experience working with Victoria – both me and my mother (who’s lived in and around NYC her whole life and is a real-estate nerd) went in with what we considered realistic expectations, and were totally blown away! The apartments we saw made it clear that Victoria had really listened to my wants/needs and had zero agenda of her own (something I’ve unfortunately dealt with in the past). Really can’t recommend Victoria and Next Step enough – from start to finish, the process was smooth and even enjoyable. Victoria was super responsive whenever I had questions, and even checked in to see how the move went. I found my apartment on our first tour and moved in days later – I’m so happy in my new place, and will absolutely look to Next Step when it’s time to move again!
