I can’t recommend Next Step enough! As someone who does not know the area, Luke was able to tailor the experience by giving thorough explanations of various areas and what works best in the budget. Luke was able to calm my nerves about a stressful search and address every criteria I was looking for in a place. Luke scheduled a whole day of tours for my roommate and I, providing a car service and took videos of every place for us. The list he curated was fit perfectly for our needs. Once we found a place we loved, he helped us submit applications and kept in touch throughout the acceptance process. When we got our lease, Luke was readily available outside of working hours to go over it with us so we could sign it in a timely manner. I highly recommend Next Step and Luke!!
