I had previously only spent 1-2 days in NYC when I met my realtor, Jessica. I told her what I wanted out of an apartment (e.g., commute times, price, neighborhood, etc.) and she showed me 6 spots that met my criteria. We met at 10:00am and I saw the spot I wanted by noon.
