Recently moved from Upstate NY down to NYC and was on a massive time crunch, like no place to live and started a new job within a week. Sara at Next Step made it such an easy process and there was no way I could have made the move without her. All I had to do was give her a rough idea of the kind of place I was looking for and whether or not I wanted to actually be within the city or in an outer borough, and she handled all the rest. She was able to take me on a tour in a private car, show me 8 places in one day (all that were pet friendly, which really limits apartment living), and have me into the apartment I chose within 2 days! She was able to accommodate me and my family during the whole process and I’m forever grateful for that.
