"We moved to NYC from across the country, and were connected with Next Step Realty through my employer. Meena Ziabari promptly reached out to us, set up a phone call to discuss our list of requirements and our ideal scenarios, as well as set expectations for our new home. As my SO was only in-town for a few days, Meena set up a tour for the next week, during which my SO saw roughly 10 places in one day. Meena sent me videos and images of each place, since I couldn't be there in-person. We ended up closing on the second apartment we saw. Meena made the communications with the landlord and super as smooth as possible, and was highly communicative with us. I can't imagine going through this process without Meena!"

"Alec Murphy did a great job helping my friend Hope and I find an awesome apartment. He listened to our many wishes and showed us a variety of apartments while taking the time to let us get a sense of each different neighborhood. Amazingly we did it in one day - which was key, as I was living in Boston at the time. Alec was understanding of my work and travel conflicts that made it impossible for me to come back to NYC for a follow up appointment with the apartment building manager and he managed to figure out a way to complete all the paperwork without requiring me to come back to the City! Everyone makes apartment-hunting in NYC sound like a nightmarish experience but Alec made it fun and easy. Thank you!!"
