We had some bad luck with an unethical apartment broker, but Victoria saw us into another nice apartment in the area we wanted and we were very happy with the ease of the process after that. "In moving to NYC from Atlanta and bringing my 55lb dog, I knew I was setting out looking for a unicorn of an apartment. Next Step and Alec were the perfect partners to help me and Ramona find our dream NYC apartment. We spent the day looking at apartment after apartment, almost all acceptable and within the criteria and budgetary constraints Alec and I had discussed at length, before we found the one! I couldn't be happier with the apartment we settled on and Ramona and I are happy new residences of Turtle Bay. Our apartment was being renovated when we looked at it and now that it's complete and we are all moved in, it's perfect. All new kitchen and bathroom and right at my budget.
