"After attempting to search for apartments on our own and having zero luck, we turned to Next Step. Our broker, Meena Ziabari, was so incredibly thoughtful and caring in helping us find our new apartment. We immediately saw apartments that we had not seen listed online on websites like streeteasy, but rather we were taken to larger and clean apartments in great neighborhoods. As a New Yorker, I felt that I could do the apartment search on my own, but working with Meena ended up being the greatest experience! My roommate and I found the perfect brand new renovated 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Chelsea, with a washer/dryer in the unit! I cannot recommend Next Step enough, they made both the apartment hunting and application process seamless."
