She and the Next Step team thoroughly exceeded my expectations. While transitioning from the military to civilian life has offered several challenges, and having never lived in NYC has presented several more, working with Next Step has not been one of them. After presenting Victoria with my list of expectations and my restrictive budget she subsequently compiled a list of approximately 10 excellent options. As a testament to her attention to my requests, the first apartment she showed me turned out to be the one I chose. It fit all of my requirements perfectly. Remarkably, within the next two business days all of the paperwork was finalized and the apartment was mine. Victoria effectively negotiated on my behalf and has continued to offer assistance while answering questions since the lease was finalized. I would highly recommend Victoria and Next Step Realty without the slightest reservation."

"I couldn't have had a better experience with Next Step, especially Liz Leviston!! From the very beginning when I showed up at the wrong office they made sure I still made it across town in time in the Next Step car in order to make my first appointment. I didn't have much knowledge about NYC real estate and Liz was able to talk to me before hand and easily adjust our tours along the way once I got a better sense of what I was looking for. "Next Step Realty is great! Bri helped me and my roommate find an amazing apartment that would have been impossible to find on our own. We had done some research initially, but had no idea how difficult the process really is. We had a great time searching around Manhattan with Bri for the day and she was extremely knowledgeable.
