As an in-season athlete at a school 5 hours away from NYC, my roommate and I had literally ONE day when we could come to the city to view apartments. "“I had a great experience with Next Step in finding an apartment in NYC. Our agent was Fred Ross, and he was extremely professional throughout. He always replied to our emails (and later texts) promptly, and showed us places that were mostly within our specifications. We ended up finding a wonderful place. Because Next Step made sure we were prepared with the documents we needed, we were able to apply right away. "Using Next Step Realty was all around a great experience. My roommates and I worked with Bri, who was an incredible help. Although we were searching for a four bedroom apartment at a time when the general inventory was quite low, Bri facilitated our finding of an amazing apartment. We were able to submit an application for the space the same day that we saw it, and fortunately landed the apartment quickly. Since then, Bri has assisted us in our move-in process. We have felt that she has gone above and beyond her responsibilities, not to mention our expectations, especially with regard to everything after signing the lease. My roommates and I would absolutely recommended Next Step Realty, and Bri in particular, to any college students moving to New York City. We had previously tried to find an apartment without the help of someone like Bri, and it was a complete nightmare. However, once we got set up with Next Step, the whole process was a breeze."

"Margit was very helpful finding a place for my roommate and I to live. However, even after we found the place, she continued to help. We had a few issues with the building with them changing rules and some other stuff and Margit was with us the whole way, even after the broker fee and helping us find the place.
